Thermal conductive gel is a high-performance thermal interface material specifically designed for heat dissipation in high-power electronic devices. Its soft, flowable properties allow it to automatically fill minute gaps, achieving extremely low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity. The product supports automated dispensing processes, significantly improving production efficiency and making it suitable for mass assembly. The material features low oil separation, excellent electrical insulation properties, and outstanding reliability, operating stably over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 200°C. It is widely used in core heat-generating components such as servers, power modules, communication equipment, automotive electronics, battery packs, and GPUs/CPUs.
